Happiness is something that we create!  Life is short so why do we choose unhappiness?  The first thing that it often linked to unhealthy habits and conditions is stress.  How do we decrease most stress?-                                                                         Choose HAPPY Easier said than done-We have to make it a habit, just like eating, exercising and taking our daily medications.                                                                          There is no HAPPY pill.                               Make happiness the first thing you feel each morning-see what happens!                                                                                     HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND

As a Nurse Practitioner I am good at "talking the talk", but that is hypocritical if I don't "walk the walk". SO- today I'm going for my mammogram! Breast Cancer is the #2 cause of cancer deaths! SO take an hour out of your "busy" schedule and get "the girls" squeezed, flattened, and pulled-it's better than the alternative. HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!
