Good Friday Morning!

Some days are hard but remind yourself NEVER GIVE UP!
As little as 30 minutes of exercise makes a difference.
When we do any kind of exercise we increase our levels of dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin.  These can improve our mood, decrease anxiety, improve concentration and improve our sleep (without a pill!).
