Self care is a simple concept but so hard to implement.   Pet therapy is a great tool for self care.  Dogs for instance give us unconditional love, service dogs are trained to assist in numerous ways. Emotional support animals do just that-give emotional support and who can't benefit from that.   

So if you have any kind of disability do yourself a favor-look into a service animal!

There are so many animals in shelters that need a loving home!

Adopting a pet not only helps you but also them-
