September is national self care awareness month.


We put so much attention on the needs of others, sometimes there is nothing left for us.  If we don't take time to fill "our tank" we won't have anything to give others.  

We all fall into the "yes" trap.   

A BIG part of self care is learning to say NO!

Saying no doesn't make us a "bad" person just a healthy person.  

Set Boundaries-Easier said than done!

No one can say or do things to us without our permission!

Take care of yourself no one else will!
