STRETCHING
Our bodies are on loan to us-it's our job to take care of them.
A simple way that we can do this is stretching every day (easier said than done!)
Building muscle and aerobic exercise are not enough-we have to be flexible too.
Regular stretching can lead to healthy muscles. This is especially important for those of us with chronic illnesses.
Healthy muscles can help those with balance issues to avoid falls or injuries!
Start Today-Don't Get Overwhelmed-Start low then go slow(slow and steady wins the race)!
