Happiness is something that we create!  Life is short so why do we choose unhappiness?  The first thing that it often linked to unhealthy habits and conditions is stress.  How do we decrease most stress?-

Easier said than done-We have to make it a habit, just like eating, exercising and taking our daily medications.
